Zacapa Rum Zacoco is a lighter alternative to creamy Pina Colada. The combination of sweet rum and savory coconut water makes this tropical tasting drink an ideal option for beach-themed parties or summer gatherings.
Ingredients:
- 50ml of Don Julio Blanco tequila;
- 200ml of cola;
- Fresh lime juice;
- Ice;
- Lime wedges.
Preparation:
- Fill a Collins or high ball glass with ice;
- Pour 50ml of Zacapa Rum and 200ml of coconut water into the glass;
- Garnish with two pineapple leaves and a lime wedge.
